  Manurewa Table Tennis Club supports para-athletes both regionally and nationally, regularly hosting events such as the NZ Para Nationals and NZ Para Camps. The venue is generally very accessible. There are two accessible parks directly outside, both with right-hand access aisles. When a car is parked in the left accessible park, space to get around can become tight and you may need to roll onto the grass. Many wheelchair users reverse into the parks so they exit closest to the footpath, they also try to park as close to the right side as possible to leave a path. There is also a wider standard park nearby that can be useful when the accessible parks are occupied. Homai Train Station is located nearby for those using public transport. A relatively low-gradient ramp with handrails leads to the entrance. The front door is standard width, with a second door that can be opened for additional space, and is usually left open during opening hours. There is a small lip at the entrance that some manual wheelchair users may need to wheelie over. There are two accessible bathrooms with light doors and plenty of wheelchair turning space. One includes a wet-floor shower with a fold-down seat and handheld shower, grab rails around the toilet and shower, and a roll-under sink, although there is no mirror. The kitchen is also wheelchair accessible with a flat entry. The playing areas provide plenty of space for wheelchair users and other players with impairments, and the tables are wheelchair friendly. Wheelchair users can get a view of all tables from the viewing area. There are a few small lips between the viewing and playing areas, and some walkways around the seating can become tight when the venue is busy. Overall, Manurewa Table Tennis Club is a welcoming and well-suited venue for para table tennis for both players and spectators. The main accessibility challenge is the small lips in a few areas, although assistance is generally easy to find if needed.
